The congress should consider them null and void, that is their responsibility. Hell man a president can sign a directive that states you have to kill your first born, but for the most part, I think no one would follow that either.

Um.... violations of the oath of office? Not high crimes and misdemeanors, although on a bad day they could be construed as perjury.

I do not think the executive branch should have the sole authority but yes, travel could be limited. My main point of all this is that the executive branch has issued several orders to take over all government in this country and I think that is not an American ideal but a fascist one and opens the door for despotism.
