Today during the Racheal Maddow Show........Ms. Maddow was relating an issue that concerned Congressman Barton and his statements concerning his oratory about British Petroleum.......yes she is still talking about this very piece of old news from 5 days ago. Yet during her little piece Maddow makes the comment that the Republicans keep changing their Chairs for committees.(Duh, So do the Democrats).

On her show is the Florida Congress-woman Debbie Wasserman- Shultz. Once again This Congress-Woman continues to keep blaming the past Administration and then keeps blaming the Republicans stating it is the Republicans fault for not getting in line and removing us off oil. That it is just theRepublicans who are to blame. While Florida(after California) leads the nation in the consumption of Oil and Gas products. Not once does Wassermann-Shultz ever bring up the absolute waste by Americans who are in the Industry of Racing.(cars,bikes and trucks)all for the sake of Entertainment for the masses. Then of course she states that ALL Republicans are for big buisness and the Oil companies. Not once does Maddow question her as to her statements nor does she even ask any questions. Does Wassermann-Shultz understand that Nixon was one of the first to attempt to do something about this industry.(recent times)

When the Media and all those in the field refuses to put politicians on the spot and stop all of the politicians from their arguement that the media is just trying to catch a(gotcha moment) or set the politician up for one...........then we have no transparency at all.



Then later Obermann would call the Govenor of Louisiana an Idiot because of his support for the moratorium being lifted for deep water drilling. This does not include Ed Shultz who has a personal vendetta against anything Conservative or Republican. Shultz makes the statement that the Republican Party is nothing but old white wealthy rich men who are retired and do not have to worry about their lives. Right after his blow-hole just got done spouting off about Nikky Haley winning in South Carolina. But these are just a fraction of what is being told to our nation and our future generations.



Very little is being done to stop, prevent, or deter this type of behaviour in the media. Nothing is being reported to the FCC or the FBCC. No one is directly engaging the Media Persoanlities and putting a stop to such. In 1992 a group calling themselves Media Matters started a Media Service which focus' on the Media........ since then they are the only ones that have been able to make it to National Television and have been reporting on these type of issues as well as with what is being broadcast to the public. Which would include the broadcasting of commercials and what they are putting on Reality television. Such as subliminal transmissions and thru the use of auditory subliminal transmissions.(i.e. the volume of your appliance being set low and the broadcast commercial being louder than whatever it is that you were watching)



Althought now with the use of the Internet and Reality T.V.- the media is quite concerned about those in the public that could do what they are doing and scooping them on the stories. Hence every media source out there telling the public if they see news happening or such is breaking news .....then contact them. The American people must engage these Media Personalities just as they do their politicians. It is not about their ratings nor the specific viewers each broadcast has.
