I like online gaming as much as the next guy, but my friend and I just had a blast with good old fashion split-screen together. We played Left 4 Dead 2, Dino Crisis, Perfect Dark Zero,Call of Duty: Black Ops, The House of the Dead: Overkill, Medal of Honor: Frontline, Geist, Dungeons & Dragons Online: Stormreach, and later four player split-screen with my family in GoldenEye Wii. And do you know what, we had a heck of a lot of fun. Gaming with your friends in real life is even more enjoyable than simply gaming online, even if you have a microphone/headset, in my opinion. Talking and laughing, telling jokes, swapping stories, discussing women and love interests, heck even taking a break to watch movies (we watched Inception, amazing movie), and it was ten times better than just logging into Xbox Live or Nintendo WFC or PSN or Battle.net or Steam and playing games online. Anyone else still find playing with your friends while in the same room with them more enjoyable than over the internet?
