    Your favorite music venue

My favorite, the Red Rocks Ampitheater in Colorado. Going there tonight for the last time (hopefully I'll get to move back to Denver in the future). Leftover Salmon and Yonder Mountain String Band. Some bluegrass! Yeeehaaaawwww!

Only negative is that its outside town and pain in the behind for transportation, although tonight we have a limo service taking us. And it takes a while to get out after the show. But the scenery there is amazing, almost feels fake that's how awesome the red rocks look. NIce view of the plains if you are higher up. Heard the "Gorge" in Washington is the only venue better

I love the Molson Canadian Amphitheatre in TO. Anywhere named after beer has to be good. I've been to edgefest there every year since I was a teen. This is a poor picture, but it's half covered by a roof and mostly outdoors.

The Pageant here in St. Louis is a great venue for music. It reminds me of the Astoria in London (another of my favourites) though a bit smaller.

Red Rocks would be really, really hard to beat! I always enjoyed Music Midtown in Atlanta.

They had six or seven stages with a couple off site. 120 bands/ 3 days / $45.00

    LOL, sorry.

Its in the middle of nowhere. The nearest town is the very small town of George (yes :::sigh::: George, Washington). The venue is called the Gorge (that's the Columbia River Gorge behind it).

One of my clients goes there every year to see Dave Matthews.

Matthews comes every year and raves about playing there. His shows are some of the most attended with many like your client making the yearly trek. The one year I saw him there he kept playing forever and wouldn't leave the stage... it was funny.

I've only been to Red Rocks once and it was amazing. As far as scenery goes, I have a big appreciation for rock formations and stuff like that so it was right up my alley. The Gorge is a treat and depending on who is playing it can turn into a party up in the grass area... a nice civilized party, not a riot type party.

I saw Ray Charles there years ago and he played a 25 minute piano solo as the sun went down behind the river and hills. It was probably one of the top concert experiences I've ever had.
