Has this been posted already? Sorry if it has, this is a very important development.

The Federal Reserve Bank, has LOST in court, against Michael Bloomberg.

Bloomberg filed a Freedom of Information Act request, asking the Fed to reveal

where OUR bailout money was going.

The Fed refused to tell, and weaseled around the issue when called upon to testify

    under oath before the Congress.

Bloomberg has now WON the FOIA request, in federal court, which means the Fed must

now either appeal to the Supreme Court, or provide the information.

This, in combination with the 282 co-Sponsors of the "Audit the Fed" bill, gives

    me hope!

I read this earlier. All Bernanke is going to do it tell them to read the bill and go to hell.

Bernanke is forced to comply. 'Course he'll appeal first, but that's another story.

Maybe this explains why Geithner turned white as a sheet when asked about this? ("see other thread")

Bernanke fired back, and if you read the bill, he does not have to comply.

Yep, so he's going to appeal. We knew this, right? Eventually this'll be up to the Supreme Court.

But I'll tell you what, there's OTHER stuff going on, that ISN'T in the public domain.

Hey man, there's more than one way to skin a cat. There's plenty of countries with a lot laxer

banking rules than we have, and there's plenty of places that don't like banks very much. And

MANY places that don't like US banks, especially. We can find out a WHOLE LOT about the Fed,

by going to some of these other places. It's in progress even as we speak.

Bernanke don't wanna pony up? Well, TOO DARN BAD. The only way he's going to weasel out of this,

is if the Supreme Court makes it possible. And that would just be ONE more feather in their cap,

in terms of SCREWING the People and stepping all over both our Rights and our Constitution -

remember, the one they're supposed to Protect and Uphold?

Michael, it's time we TAKE OUR COUNTRY BACK. And, this is not for the timid or weak of heart.

I don't expect ANY help from the right-wing-nut rabble, or even the independents, or even the

lazy f*cks sponging off the gubmint tit.

I expect help from exactly THREE PERCENT of my countrymen - the three percent with an education

and brains of their own. The rest of 'em, will just continue to "vote" as if nothing were wrong.

And I want to be very clear, when I say "our", I mean We the People - ALL of us. This is OUR

country, and it doesn't belong to an oligarchy or a small set of WEASELS who think they can

make our lives difficult by breaking the rules.

I am PISSED, friend - I am very, very angry right now. And, that's a very nice new avatar you have,

and if I can possibly be there, I will.

I will tell you something, if these people are forced, they will collapse what is left of the economy and blame the audit, I shit you not.

Thanks, I have been trying to raise funds for those who can't afford to go. There will be buses, they should be free, I will have more info in a day or two, so maybe you can go.
