About LinkBacksStates Sue Over Overhaul That Will Bust State Budgets
I think it is time for individuals to form a class action law suit. People can't afford this, states can afford it, and it will total any part of what is left of the economy. Hell in my state, Walgreen's and others have said no to Medicare and Medicaid, they lose money using them.
To my friends, and foes on the left, this is not Universal Health Care, it is a bailout, and you may want to look and see who owns those insurance companies.

In WA, our AG is suing, Gregoire is pissed. Does anyone think they will get SCOTUS action before "standing" (when someone is affected by the requirements?). I hear people talking about an accelerated involvement by the courts.

Some of these actually have "merit". There are a few state constitutions which require a balanced budget.
