Ron Paul to chair Fed oversight panel

Ron Paul to chair Fed oversight panel - Simmi Aujla - POLITICO.com
Rep. Spencer Bachus (R-Ala.), chairman of the House Financial Services Committee, announced Thursday that Paul will chair the subcommittee that oversees the Federal Reserve.
This could be interesting. Would love to see some real oversight.

Not near as scary as that guy as your avatar.
Right. Left. Right. Left. I will rape your personality. Pummel you with my own philosophy. Strip you of your self-integrity. To make you all just a bit like me. I said right, left.

It is a frightening thought. We have testimony from last weeks testimony by the liar Bernanke, maybe you have seen the thread, I will add a link at the end of my post. I found stuff out that not even I could imagine. This morning I was so mad and frightened that I thought I was in for a heart attack. I took an aspirin, drank a cup of my favorite tea and posted my findings...well it appears that I wasn't as calm as I thought, but spot on. These fucking people have been running behind the banks cleaning their mess...cleaning as best they can given the limited trillions they have to work with, believe me more will come, more holes will be filled. Anyway, I love Paul, I wrote him in last presidential race, but this guy is too damn good at what he does. Can you imagine the fodder that he will provide to people like me? The real question is, can you handle it, because no matter if it comes from him or some other source, you will get it! I would be remiss to do otherwise....get gold, think about a quick way out of the banking system, get the fuck out of debt!

Your link............... BTW on the board, there is more....oh shit so much more.

I do not like his politics. I get bad vibes from him. It is our ideological differences that make me dislike him.

So you don't like Constitutionalists and real fiscal Conservatives... do you prefer
carpetbagger Republican cronies or just the regular pay as you go politician?

I have always had the impression that Ron Paul's talking point are things that will never get changed and he talks about them because he will never have to vote on them. It makes him popular. There are people that for one reason or another we just don't buy as being real and he is one of those for me. I just don't believe him. Constitutionalists have a view of what the document says. Bork was a Constitutionalist also.

    The Russian Constitution

We, the multinational people of the Russian Federation, united by a common destiny on our land, asserting human rights and liberties, civil peace and accord, preserving the historic unity of the state, proceeding from the commonly recognized principles of equality and self-determination of the peoples honoring the memory of our ancestors, who have passed on to us love of and respect for our homeland and faith in good and justice, reviving the sovereign statehood of Russia and asserting its immutable democratic foundations, striving to secure the well being and prosperity of Russia and proceeding from a sense of responsibility for our homeland before the present and future generations, and being aware of ourselves as part of the world community, hereby approve the Constitution of the Russian Federation.

I'm not sure he even knows what mine says. hehehehe

I think he is like all the rest on fiscal issues. They talk a good game and can do nothing about the problems.
