When is a stimulus not a stimulus?

I guess my previous thread got "censored" during the changeover...

I want you progressives, Liberals, and Obama supporters to explain why the Obama administration wrote legislation that has resulted in them spending only 10% of the stimulus now...when unemployment is soaring and will soon pass 10% based on todays calculations...and 16% based on the way they used to calculate.

Why?

Please defend what I see as politically and ideologically motivated actions.

Hm... here's how I'll answer your question today:

I'm beginning to see the "logic" in Radicand's approach to this equation.

yep.. its a lot less painful and only hurts for a little bit...
