yeah I heard about this on Fox the other day... But they can't get a patent for it YET... inovative Idea... GPS with Cyanide... Hey can we pit these in the gitmo detainees .. send em to the middle east and wait about three days and send the impulse to activate them?/

Precisely when and under what authority were they tried and found guilty of being terrorists?

It's all about due process. You know, innocent until proven guilty? They may not observe basic human rights but we still do.

these people are not in my opinion entitled to American Constitutional protection..

they are Enemy combattants ... and as such are only entiltled to maybe Genevan protections.. but Constitutionally I dont see how they can be protected as the Constitution was written for American Citizens ... not the whole world... if it were then the whole world would be American...

The Constitution protects anyone on US soil. It doesn't make exception for nationality. These men are on US soil and they are therefore entitled to the protections afforded by the Constitution.

You may not like them or what they are accused of doing. But they are entitled to due process protections.
