Would you support Obama if he decided to take military action (if talks fail with Iran) against Iran?

on what grounds?

Their President has limited power and has just rattled swords...

Iran has not invaded a neighboring country and set their oil wells on fire...

Iran has not waged war on neighbors, violated UN treaties, gassed its own people or used UN funds to bribe heads of state...

The primary religious sect of Iran is not the same as that of Usma Bin Laden..

In fact, the country has never shown any international ambition at all..

So why would we be invading them?

No, I'm not. In fact, I am not OK with the Democrats having them. They are so squeamish about ground troops dying, they are MORE likely to use nukes as a way of getting it over quickly so that it's off the evening news in a few months.

If Iran acquires nuclear weapons I don't feel that it would be grounds for military action by the United States. After all, some fairly shakey governments have such weapons. India and Pakistan, and most likely N. Korea come to mind.

Now, if Iran made some serious moves to use such weapons without provocation and not in Iran's defense, then perhaps a preemptive strike by NATO is warranted.

There is only one nation we should be scared of having nukes, based on historical record.

The United States.

Hey Conservative15, good question! The answer to your question is yes. I think Iran should be dealt with now. We should not wait.
