This guy needs to be arrested. He thinks he is above the law and has no regard to the envoroment. Those poor marine life.

He should have looked into the regulations surrounding spreading ashes...that's against the law, he needed to be at least 3 nautical miles from land:

Holy crap, OK, rats, enough being nice, well for a quick minute, ashes in the ocean is very respectable, lovable, and I would not mind mine either on a favorite hiking trail or in the ocean. Give it up, this causes no....zero....nada bit of harm and it looks like a weak attempt to get some get even. Get back to whats important or shut up!
