The tragedy with Obama is that the supposed objective media had a large part in electing a unaccomplished superficial pop icon. There will consequences, but hopefully we'll survive.

I would think it would be good duty. Take advantage of opportunities to visit other countries in Asia. Good luck.

I'm trying to find a good Buddhist temple tour in Japan that I can go on for leave. But I do plan on visiting other places. Thanks .

    Oh yeah?

"Iran is not a threat" ===> "Iran is a grave threat".

    Hm....

The so-called "objective media" did VERY LITTLE in this election.

It's actually SURPRISING how little they did.

Pal, they wouldn't have NEEDED a liberal bias this time around. The Dems could have run Homer Simpson and they still would have won.

The magnitude of Bushie's screw-up was so enormous, that it got the peoples' attention, but I mean, Obama beat out Hillary Clinton, and that right there, is worth a LOT more than any victory over Bushie. Clinton is no slouch. She's a formidable opponent. On the other hand, a sea slug could have won against the Neo-Cons this time....

Be sure to separate actual Shinto temples from actual Buddhist temples. And while you are at it, don't enter those temples that are dedicated to ancestors... you'd get culture shock.

Not every temple with a 'weird' pagoda-like structure is Buddhist!
