Obama wont change Intelligence policy: torture and domestic spying

Intelligence Policy to Stay Largely Intact - WSJ.com

WASHINGTON -- President-elect Barack Obama is unlikely to radically overhaul controversial Bush administration intelligence policies, advisers say, an approach that is almost certain to create tension within the Democratic Party.

Civil-liberties groups were among those outraged that the White House sanctioned the use of harsh intelligence techniques -- which some consider torture -- by the Central Intelligence Agency, and expanded domestic spy powers. These groups are demanding quick action to reverse these policies.

    This is Rupert Murdoch PROPAGANDA.

Have you been following what's comin' out of Rupert Murdoch today?

    I have.....

This morning, he told Hannity and O'Reilly and Greta van Susteren to "lay off Obama" for a while.

This afternoon, he re-positioned his WSJ staff so the more conservative editors were basically pushed down the totem pole.

AND, I will note, that this story is CONTRADICTED by Obama's very own activities this morning, AND the official words that came from his advisers today.

We must be VERY careful now, Horhey. There are all KINDS of agendas out there, and this is one of 'em.

Dude: the only agenda I care about, is the Common Welfare of the People of the United States.

Everything ELSE, I want OUT of my political arena. I want NO competing interests there, other than, the General Welfare.

Rupert Murdoch, has NO interest in our General Welfare. He isn't even a US citizen! And, he surely doesn't give a rat's ass, whether a conservative or a liberal is the President of the United States.

His deal is: MONEY. PROFITS. His world is RATINGS, and ADVERTISING DOLLARS.

NOT the political interests of the People of the United States.

Don't believe the hype, friend. Gotta dig beyond it.

The Obama administration will be another Clinton regime. Id be happy to go through their record some other time. Joe Biden wrote the Patriot Act, not John Ashcroft. They had it in their back pocket untill they exploited 9/11 to get it passed.

Yes. Biden scares me a little. More so than Obama, that's for sure.

Biden, has a little bit of Lyndon Johnson in him, it seems to me, and that part is a little scary.

Definitely keepin' an eye on him...
