Thread: Obama's Stimulus Package- Not Change

So, not even being in the presidential position yet, he has already declared that he plans to implement yet another stimulus package. Yes, even though the last stimulus packages have failed, his will some how work.

Next, he plans to confront the impending bankruptcies of the Big Three automakers. How? With policies that will most assuredly help them keep afloat, and in all likelihood, a bailout. THIS is NOT change. He isn't in office yet and he plans to implement this socialistic idiocy? This is absolutely absurd. This is the free market, it has no place for government, especially when it doesn't allow businesses to fail. Corporations go bankrupt, it is a fact of life, then companies rally and fill that vacuum. This is how it WORKS.

Absolutely insane.

He has to give the illusion of helping, go to the thread on the first US Politics page and read "more Change", you will see his help and who it's for. Also you should, or may already, know the add ons to these stimulus packages either alter the way things are counted, or give more stimulus to the banks.

Fuck if I care it works anymore. Someone's getting rich off our asses, I might as well get a new X-Box for my chains..

Actually, if you take that much money and convert it to nickels, you'll have quite a bit of change. Zing.

The best stimulus package would be for the government to actually enforce justice for once and to leave business and individuals alone to be as industrious as they possible can.

Ignoring injustice or even participating in injustice while engaging in endless tinkering with the economy only makes things worse.
