    Countdown MSNBC

This is one of the funniest things I've ever seen on SNL.

The material was great. I've never seen Olbermann lampooned before. Any number of the SNL cast members would be funnier than Ben Affleck.

Anyway, I would love to see a SNL brawl with fake Olbermann VS Oreilly! Kind of a live action Deathmatch 2000.

That was hilarious. Affleck did a much better job than I thought he would do. The last thing I thought he was good in was Dogma and Chasing Amy.

I think the fact that it was Ben Affleck made it that much funnier.

ya know...I'm probably being hard on Affleck. Not sure why either, he was funny in the Jay and Silent Bob movies.

Oh well, something tells me that Darryl Hammond will not be doing the intros for SNL the next four years. So there probably won't be a lot of pundits getting goofed on after Tuesday.

Shit...I'm gonna jinx it if I keep that up, gotta go stand on my head and knock wood!

That's not saying much. That show hasn't produced anything that's remotely entertaining in over 20 years. The current focus on that show is due to their lampooning of Palin, not because their funny.

SNL is going right back to their poor excuse for entertainment status right after this election guys. Too bad they don't have the honesty or the guts to make fun of Obama.

Nothing to make fun of for Obama, McCain and Palin are the rediculously funny goof bags.

    Dan Akroyd
    John Belushi
    Chevy Chase
    Jane Curtain
    Gilda Radner
    Al Franken
    Bill Murray
    Paul Shaffer
    Eddie Murphy
    Joe Piscopo
    Julia Louis-Dreyfus
    Jim Belushi
    Billy Crystal
    Martin Short
    Joan Cusack
    Robert Downey Jr.
    Randy Quaid
    Damon Wayans
    Nora Dunn
    Jon Lovetz
    Dennis Miller
    Dana Carvey
    Phil Hartman
    Mike Myers
    Chris Rock
    Chris Farley
    Adam Sandler
    David Spade
    Sarah Silverman
    Norm McDonald
    Molly Shannon
    Will Ferrell
    Darrell Hammond
    Jimmy Fallon
    Tina Fey

None of these current and former SNL cast members are funny...nobody on SNL is famous afterwards either...and half the people on this list were writers as well.

Almost all famous comedians roll through SNL. It should be protected as a televised national tresure. Only a bitter Republican would begin to hate it because thier guy is gonna loose the election, too bad so sad!

    Oh shut up!

I'll admit that in the 80's SNL had a bad spell when Lorne Michaels left from season 6 to 10. But for the most part SNL has been and will be the premier source for new comedians/ennes).

You sound like a bitter jealous old man who is disappointed with his own life.

You reject all that is creative and up-lifting because it brings you pain to watch others excel at something you yourself wish to do.

Grow up and take responsibility for your own failure!

Don't attack me just because your easy to entertain. Bad Tv shows and shiney things aren't my cup of tea. Also, care to post their ratings from this time last year ? I'm not the only one who thinks that shows a waste of space.
