This Kahlidi seems to have some connections to the PLO:

Arafat Minion as Professor [on Rashid Khalidi] - Campus Watch

"...There is other evidence that Mr. Khalidi worked for the PLO. In a Jan. 6, 1981, article in the Christian Science Monitor, Mr. Khalidi used the word "we" referring to the PLO. In 1991, he served on the PLO "guidance committee" at the Madrid conference, along with such figures as Faisal Husseini, Hanan Ashrawi and Sari Nusseibeh. Mr. Khalidi stated, "We had political decisions to make and diplomatic strategy to decide." On another occasion at Madrid, he told the press "We want this process to succeed and if doesn't we don't want it to be our fault."(Emphases added.)..."

An op ed piece? I am now convinced!

I suppose that makes St. Reagan a terrorist sympathizer for his support of the Afghani resistance, also known as the Mujah Hadin. He did a hell of a lot more than sympathize with them. He armed, trained, and financed them. The doublespeak never ends. As long as they aren't killing Americans, they aren't terrorists eh? If it were not for the US support of the MH, Al Q would be years behind their current efficacy.

This is silly. Khalidi isnt even a PLO sympathizer. He's always been critical of both the PLO and the Israeli government. Alot of people here dont know what they're talking about.

Do you have proof of this statement?

So a President who is unafraid to talk to anyone is a terrorist sympathizer, but a President who holds hands with terrorist funders/supporters, who grovels at the feet of terrorist funders/supporters, who apologizes for terrorist funders/supporters is an American Patriot and is getting "tough" on world-wide terrorism?!!

So, basically, it's because Obama is a Democrat and McCain and Bush are Republicans.

The difference is that Reagan was a Republican.
