    It's not my story.

    anyway...
    In defending its decision......
Like I believe anything they say and it's just a coincidence that the three newspapers they decided to kick off all endorsed McCain.

If they get elected we will see an administration engaging media manipulation and control like no other.

It also noted that the Obama campaign is allowing some news media critical of the democrat to travel, including Fox news.

"There are press seats available on Senator Bidens plane for travel this final weekend and the Washington Times is encouraged to include our Vice Presidential nominee in your coverage plans for this final stretch."

they still have on fox news, AND the other papers can ride with the "loosecannon" biden. isn't that even better? i mean if hes so crazy and all, seems like the perfect oppurtunity to get a great quote out him.

also as a side note, its really disingenuous how you reply to a quote without actually quoting the text. it allows you to say whatever you want without readers being able to actually check that against what the quote was. for someone who's so "independent", thats being pretty coniving.

I like the word "banned". It makes the trivial so much more sensational. You should include "blacklisted" and "suppressed" and "censored". They misrepresent the facts as well, but when has that ever stopped you?

OK the Obama campaign blacklisted three newspapers who endorsed McCain.

    Happier now?

So what are newspapers who rely on being able to get up close and personal contact with Obama going to do now that they realize if they print anything Obama doesn't like they will get, using your term of preference, blacklisted?

There are still pro McCain sources on the plane. Are they going to be jettisoned at 30,000 ft.? Bush refused to give Al Franken a seat on a campaign bus for god's sake. They said they had no room. Did they? Who cares.

Garbage like this clutters up PH.

So the NY Post has to "move out" per Obama. Yeah right.

HAHA, except dbelkau was being sarcastic. obama didn't blacklist anyone. his spokesperson made it quite clear what the issue was, and says they are more than happy to ride along with biden.

And if you believe the reasons Obama's spokesperson is giving, as shallow as they are, I got a bridge to seel you.
