Nah. While the U.S. Supreme Court would swing further right if McCain is elected, it's unlikely to change of Obama is elected - it won't swing left from where it is now.

Why? Because the odds are good that at least two justices will leave the Supreme Court in the next four years. And both of the eldest SC justices are liberal-leaning. So of Obama replaces them with two other liberal-leaning justices, then you've got a net change of zero. But if McCain replaces them with conservatives, that'll swing it to the right.

This has nothing to do with left or right, it is dictatorship with a heavy hand. Don't agree with the policies, your Al Qaeda, that is what your neighbors will be told when they whisk you away. Obama has the color thing working for him, hell in his case your a Nazi Al Qaeda.
