There are numerous allegations to Obama's claim of natural birth in the U.S. On the web and in the media, all raising suspicion and doubt as to Obama's actual place of birth and qualification to run for president.

U.S. citizens, like Sen. Obama, are not legally required to respond to allegations. You have to bring actual charges. And no petition will change that.

so how can he be protected as a citizen if we do not know he is a citizen.I do not think he would have to publicly show proof of his birth here but i would think he would have to show it to someone to run for POTUS. But as in a another thread I have not found where that is even required.If there is a question even if done privately there should be some proof given to put this to bed.

I mean a government verification private or public. Factcheck is not a valid source because of the relationship b/t Obama and Annenberg.

To the best of your knowledge, has the government requested such verification? Besides, according to Berg (the lawyer), the issue isn't with his birth certificate. It's with the fact that he left Hawaii for Indonesia as a child, and somehow, this nullified his U.S. citizenship.

That makes so much sense as Walter Annenberg was a staunch Republican, having served as the US ambassador to Great Britain under Nixon and being best friends with the Reagans.

I'm sure he was a republican... but this is about business, not party loyalty. There's a connection to FACTCHECK, and Obama that shouldn't be ignored. This is just another one of those little inconveniences Obama, and TFM (HA HA) wants everyone to ignore.

Anyone... who cares what Factchecker has to say... there is enough evidence in Obama's childhood that causes seriously speculation about his citizenship. The FBI should verifiy his birth certificate.

You are aware that the board for the Annenberg challenge was made up with people of all political backgrounds and philosophies, correct?
