It's politic speak and I guess my title of the OP would have been more acurate if I had said he implied it. One things for sure, this is a far more direct and conscience statement of his plan of redistrubition than the short Joe the Plumber interview.

ummm... Six, McCain must also think that wealth distribution is constitutional because his tax system is still progressive and he isn't going to get rid of medicare or medicaid.

Obama is just willing to say what he believes in, while McCain is too afraid.

So this clown wants to reread the constitution backward, the constitution does not say what the government can do for you. Well Idiot Obama, there is a reason for that, by telling you what you can't do is telling you what you can do, and redistribution of the wealth isn't on the list. He is a communist bastard. He should maybe run as dictator of China, they redistribute the wealth real good.

Well it actually does. It allows for provisions for our defense and promotes the common welfare. Not " provides " for the common welfare.

Thats what Obama wants to ammend. His vision of the Consitution is that it's basically a "charter of negative liberties" and does not allow for direct government intervention and wealth redistribution. He also states that the Warren court really wasn't that radical.

What exactly is radical to Barrack Obama ? Hard core communism ?

So you have nothing to add ? It's relevant to anyone who opposes Obama which would exclude any not so credible anymore media sources.
