Obama & DNC Admit All Allegations of Federal Court Lawsuit - Obama’s “Not� Qualified to be President

(Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania – 10/21/08) - Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s lack of “qualifications� to serve as President of the United States, announced today that Obama and tbe DNC “ADMITTED�, by way of failure to timely respond to Requests for Admissions, all of the numerous specific requests in the Federal lawsuit. Obama is “NOT QUALIFIED� to be President and therefore Obama must immediately withdraw his candidacy for President and the DNC shall substitute a qualified candidate. The case is Berg v. Obama, No. 08-cv-04083.

Keep tryin' though, I don't like Obama any better than the other guy, I just hate the other guy's scumbags "worse" than Obama's scumbags right now. As soon as the other guy's gone, I'll turn my hatred towards Obama's crowd. PELOSI, in particular, is going to be the first object of my concern.

So yeah, now we got McCain and Obama BOTH being born "elsewhere", and Chuck Baldwin isn't even on the BALLOT in my state!

Man, dude, I'm gettin' really quite pissed about all this. And, I'm a realist and a quick study, so I can already tell you that voting isn't the answer.

And, let me tell you this too: if that idiot Bush can navigate around the Constitution and find a way to make torture LEGAL, then so can I. And, I'm not afraid of Jewish bankers either - I used to beat those guys ALL THE TIME at the little board games of "world domination".

Dude, this is serious business though. If yu're gonna take a stand on this thing, it's gonna cost you dearly. If you're ready to stand on this turf and defend it, I'll stand with you, but it's going to be the hardest battle ever fought. You know this, I'm not telling anything you don't already know. I'm still of the opinion there's way to do it, that involves minimal violence and a peaceful transition of power. A lot depends on what happens between now and January. And, what happens "in" January.

I have a feeling that right around the end of January (the third Friday in the month, specifically), we're going to see a rather noticeable problem in the stock market, and so the new President is going to have an IMMEDIATE crisis on his hands. And, the response to that, should tell us everything we need to know.

There is a rule of law, turn over materials asked for in a timely manor, else wise, ya your guilty. Obama has turned over nothing, let alone his birth certificate. Than one document could have solved his problems.

McCain is is the same boat, according to the constitution, you must be born in the US, not in a US territory.

in mccains case, theres allowances for children of military personel born outside the u.s.

in obamas case, what kind of idiot thinks that by not turning over documents in a court case that makes the person automatically guilty? i mean thats the silliest thing i've ever heard. you might be subpoenaed or held in contempt of fined or something. but you certainly aren't guilty!

There is more to the law than that... If there wasn't, there would be no mechanism preventing ten thousand lawyers from simulataneously making requests of presidential candidates.

If he was not born in the US I hope he is prosecuted. No matter what side you are on you don’t deserve to be deceived in this way. If he is then the man bringing up these allegations should be prosecuted. Plain and simple.

Well there of course is more to it but not much. Everyone is protected from frivolous law suits, thats the front line. But when a judge sees merit in the argument and orders documents or any other evidence to be turned over, then you have two choices, appeal or comply. Well Obama never did either of those, he simply did nothing. Now it goes back to the rule of law.

This leaves a question, why would he do nothing. I would speculate that it is because he is buying time. There are only two weeks until the election, then he mat become immune. If I were the judge, I would immediately have him held in contempt.

I'm obviously not an Obama supporter, but didn't he already release his birth certificate? I thought he did.
