Murtha Spews Hatred For PennsylvaniansWASHINGTON - Democratic Rep. John Murtha said Wednesday his home base of western Pennsylvania is racist and that could reduce Barack Obama's victory margin in the state by 4 percentage points.

The 17-term Democratic congressman told the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette in a story posted Wednesday on its Web site: "There is no question that western Pennsylvania is a racist area."

Murtha said it has taken time for many Pennsylvania voters to come around to embracing a black presidential candidate, but that Obama should still win the state, though not in a runaway.

In a separate interview posted Wednesday on the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review's Web site, Murtha said Obama has a problem with voters' racial attitudes in western Pennsylvania that could trim his winning margin on Nov. 4.

Actually, it's probably more like Americans living in Pennsylvania have a problem with Obama's policies, not his color. All socialists are pinko, anyway.

The new 21st century version of the NSDAP, DBA the Democratic Party in the U.S. underestimated the situation here. Most Americans really don't hate this country as do they and subsequently the nominee.

Had Hillary Clinton been the nominee, she would be up in the polls by 25 points and this whole discussion wouldn't be taking place.

Agreed. That was a nice multiple choice. Isn't it sad that in a carton of a dozen eggs the only one you smell is the one that is putrid. I cannot imagine anyone wishing to reinforce the sterotype that all conservatives are greedy, bigoted pricks who would rather step on a man's neck than help him up. Wouldn't it be smarter to pretend to be a decent human being with a conscience and the good of mankind at heart. Oh well, I guess honesty is the best policy. Wait a minute.
