Obama's Bill Ayers problemIn 2001, Ayers gave a small donation to Obama's campaign fund, $200.

That same year, ironically in comments published on September 11, 2001, Ayers had this to say about his bombing past, "I don't regret setting bombs, I feel we didn't do enough."

So Obama is knowingly associating with an unrepentent terrorist who feels he didn't do enough murder and mayhem.

And you Obamanoids don't have a problem with this continued connection?

The excuses are simply stunning. Obama is far more radical than he is showing.

you may want to get your facts straight, and or provide sources. from wiki:

Much of the controversy about Ayers during the decade since the year 2000 stems from an interview he gave to The New York Times on the occasion of the memoir's publication.[19] The reporter quoted him as saying "I don't regret setting bombs" and "I feel we didn't do enough", and, when asked if he would "do it all again" as saying "I don't want to discount the possibility."[14] Ayers has not denied the quotes, but he protested the interviewer's characterizations in a Letter to the Editor published September 15, 2001: "This is not a question of being misunderstood or 'taken out of context', but of deliberate distortion."[20]
In the ensuing years, Ayers has repeatedly avowed that when he said he had "no regrets" and that "we didn't do enough" he was speaking only in reference to his efforts to stop the United States from waging the Vietnam War, efforts which he has described as ". . . inadequate [as] the war dragged on for a decade."[21] Ayers has maintained that the two statements were not intended to imply a wish they had set more bombs.[21][22]

    all quotes sourced.

just curious, but if ayers teachers at UIC, and thats a state funded school, shouldn't ALL citizens of illinois be held to the same standard? aren't all tax-paying citizens of Illinois "condoning" the actions of ayers, if their tax dollars pay his salary?

Obama's present alliances with so many people that he should just refuse to give the time of day to says so much about his judgement and willingness to profit from close relationships with the scum of the earth. Yet he just says that Ayers was some guy he knew in school. That has got to be one of the all time greatest fibs. A fib that was given a free pass by the media.

After Obama forges a great relationship with Ahmedinejad, and after Iran goes to war with whoever, will he just say that Ahmedinejad was some guy he sat down with once?

He turned himself in in 1980, 15 yrs before he ever met Obama. Was never tried for a fuckin thing. However Keating did go to prison for bilking 120 billion from taxpayers WHILE he was palling around with McCain.

None whatsoever. Ayers is now an honorary lecturer and teacher at Univ of Illinois, do they have a problem with it? No. Ayers is no longer any damn terrorist and anything that could be construed as such was 20 yrs before he ever met Obama.

Keating - republican greed - Keating.

Yeah right, you're screwed for next
Easter too, a bunch of us were out hunting last spring and we shot the Easter bunny. Live in your fantasyland.

Keating scandal was real. That bailout cost billions and this one will cost a trillion. With that moralist McCain I'm sure he can get his rich Republican buddies to lose 2-3 trillion, even more if he can keep us at war for the full 100 years.

I didn't say that he has a great relationship with Ayers. I said that he has a present relationship with Ayers.

They have worked together on several business ventures and Obama even kicked of his campaign from Ayers home.

The facts are that Ayers has no remorse for the methods that he used to accomplish what he did. Anyone with a conscience would cry real tears and show agonizing remorse. He was and is a monster. Sen O willingly allies himself with this monster - repeatedly.
