Failure of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac-Not Bush's Fault?

All right all you Bush apologists out there..... Please do your magic in torturing logic & the English language & explain how this is not, yet another symptom of GW Bush's failed economic policies? (& why it's not another reason to reject John McCain who promises to continue these Bush policies?)

I can't wait to hear how this is somehow Bill Clinton's or B. Obama's fault! (come on...use you usual creativity!)

Fannie and Freddie ran government protected, subsidized fraudulent schemes. They should have been held responsible to bear the burden of their lending practices. But of course, they are not. And this will be more harmful than if they were just held accountable for their actions. Here is a good read.

The failure of these two is way bigger than one puppet, it is a fundamental flaw that is built into the monetary policy set forth by the Central banks. This is just the beginning of a catastrophic crash. These giants will fail, bailout or not, this bail out is theft, the government will now own your mortgage, does that sound good to you. Fannie and Freddie are leveraged out, nobody quite knows how much, this will cost hundreds of trillions, and that is being very very very conservative. Some believe that it will be thousands of trillions... This is why I say the government is criminal, well one reason. We are going down big time and I do not think there will ever be the America that we had. The globalist wins, we all get to lick the boots of their thugs, and if you do not like it, well there is a FEMA bunk with your name on it!!

Why The Fannie-Freddie Bailout Will Fail

Why U.S. moved on mortgage giants

China frets at US risk after Fannie/Freddie bailout

And one of my favorites....US waves goodbye to prosperity and democracy
