Thread: Kudos for Obama

Watching the news today, I heard Obama state that Palin's daughter is not a campaign issue. I think he's spot on with this and I applaud his remarks.

The cynic in me thinks this was a way of keeping it a campaign issue whilst keeping himself in good light. If it wasn't a campaign issue, why did he feel the need to say anything at all?

Just a way of putting more air-time on it.

Maybe I'm just getting too jaded for this stuff....

I appreciate your cynicism on this however I think Obama was being sincere.
