i know of no such law. but apparently your "solution" to the problem of the rare school shooting rampage is "we know people are going to die, but instead of 12, lets see if we can make it 4. or maybe 7. we're not sure how well this will work. actually it may be still 12. our plan relies on a ton of assumptions and hypotheticals, so lets just plan for the usual, and maybe we'll get lucky and it will be less dead than we planned for."

I thought the Libertarian Way was: "All the bad stuff that happened over there wasn't our fault, but we know exactly how we would have fixed it if it was: MORE FREE MARKET!"
