Thread: Why The Republicans Will Lose The Election

Since the Republicans have nothing positive to offer this year, all they can do is attack Obama with slimy tactics. Here's a few examples of what they do & why Americans hate them:



McCain challenges Obama to goto Iraq & talk to our commanders on the ground.

If he doesn't go, McCain will accuse him of not knowing the facts on the ground

If he goes, McCain says he's grandstanding & should campaign here in the US



McCain challenges Obama to allow offshore drilling. (something McCain was against until he recently flip/flopped himself)

If Obama doesn't agree, McCain paints him as not wanting to help his fellow citizens with gas prices

If Obama agrees to it, McCain hypocritically accuses him of flip/flopping

These slimy tactics are why the Republicans are going to be run out of Washington this November......CYA!!

Add to your list the recent McCain ad which depicts Obama as nothing more than a celebrity figure in the same league as Paris Hilton.

That sort of crap from McCain who was an advocate for clean campaigning.

Obama is fading faster than a 5 year old coming down from Red Bull. He has lost his entire lead while the GOP pile McCain hasn't had to do a thing. People are waking up from the Obama party with a bad hangover and wondering who the strange black guy is in their bed (as I said in another thread).

Now you have the Domestic drilling issue and the Democratic leadership is fucking that up too. Blame Pelosi if you want. That stupid **** is doing a great job fucking life up for Obama and giving McCain more ammunition than he could have dreamed of.

I guess that's what the idiotic Dems get for picking a candidate with a whopping 155 DAYS!!! Yes, you heard right, only 155 Days of experience. In their stupid elitist minds they thought all they had to do was pick a black guy, claim racism at every corner, and take control of the Whitehouse. Oops! Wrong as usual Dems. Only the Democrats could fuck up a cakewalk like this. They deserve to lose even though McCain is a pile and I am going to laugh my ass off when it happens.

One good thing though, when Obama loses I will be handing out free razor blades to all the Dems that want one. I better stock up.

You know what I think this election is like...Rocky...the first one. Rocky took all those punches from Apollo Creed because he knew he couldn't trade punch for punch, so he waited till he could hammer him in the gut, which was Apollo's weak spot. Obama's campaign is all about the vagueries of change and that requires minimization of details. So Obama's taking the barrage from the Republican media and attacks from McCain. The McCain campaign probably had all these attacks saved for debate or convention time, but had to move them ahead to try to make Obama look like Satan on his Europe trip. But Obama egged them on with the race card, and all that shakin his tail feathers stuff. I think that the gut punches will happen during the convention. And the debates if Obama changes his approach and speaks eloquently on the details surrounding the issues. Obama is a better public speaker.

EDIT: LOL yup, Rocky lost in a split decision and was so beat up he said he didn't want a rematch.

I can just picture Obama in November at his concession speech; "Michelle!! Michelle!!"

The polls show Obama and McCain in a dead heat. Obama should be 15 to 20 points ahead. When the Bradley effect is considered, Obama is anywhere from 5 to 8 points behind depending on the poll used. Yea the Republicans are sooooooooooooooo losing. LMFAO

McCain needs to do more of it and do it with more force. It is working. Remember it is a campaign for a political office not and a session of Sunday school.

On paper, Democrat vs. Republican, the Dem would win by a solid margin. Add in the horrible candidate Barack Obama though, and its not so clear-cut. The Dems shot themselves in the foot in their eagerness to expunge their white guilt.
