    No Appeals

In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise reexamined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.

Watchya think?? I am listening to Alex Jones with Red Beckman, he made some fascinating points. The supreme court in NOT the highest court of the land, a simple trial by jury is!!!

According to the constitution there shall be no appeals, the supreme court is out of bounds hearing cases from a lower court if said case was adjudicated by a jury.

In all the other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction, both as to Law and Fact, with such Exceptions, and under such Regulations as the Congress shall make.

This is different than you or I having a hearing. The supreme court should hear cases that include government officials, congress ant the executive branch..
