Thread: Lawsuit filed against new DC gun regulations

WASHINGTON (AP) — The plaintiff in the Supreme Court case that struck down Washington's 32-year-old handgun ban filed a new federal lawsuit Monday, alleging the city's new gun regulations still violate an individual's right to own a gun for self-defense.

This is fucked. I read the SCOTUS ruling on this. I spent a couple of days showing how the ruling was a setup. Because of the ruling there is nothing these people can do. Now whats going to happen is they will lose this suite. Mark my words here; When that happens then these types of restrictions will be in place in almost every city and certainly every state in the country. You can write that down and bank on it!

When I first heard on the local new, I think it was on local, about the court hearing this case I was mad. I knew what was going to happen. They had some roach say how good it was that the court was finally going to rule for the peoples rights...err can you say "red flag", I mean how did he know how they were going to rule. Well thats a no brainer. Anyway I also knew that the talking heads were going to tout the decision as a gun owners victory, after all the ruling said "The people" have the right to own a gun, but this decision came with a whopper, the sell and ownership can have rules attached. Thats exactly what the second said cannot happen. This ruling in my humble opinion is illegal. It should be challenged, but who does one take it to? So there we are, fucked again!
