NZ students plan to arrest Condoleezza Rice

AUSA president David Do said the arrest would be for Dr Rice's role in "overseeing the illegal invasion and continued occupation" of Iraq.

I think the students should read up on their own laws regarding the legality of a citizen's arrest.
