Seems to me that the Canadian Conservatives have figured out what conservatives here know. John McCain is not a conservative. So, I would think the liberals, on both sides of the border would be happy, either one we get is a liberal.

Who denies that the republican party defected from its roots after 1964 or that the Democrats have gone progressively more lunatic since 1968? That Bill Clinton was an aberration in that he had episodes of sanity is also a given. But not to worry Barry is good at covering up that he is a true-blue Ted Kennedy dem i.e. once in power he will engage in manic mental maunderings of the type that made Carter's speeches so memorable, Ted's so ramblingly incoherent and Bill's so obviously triangulated.
