I signed it but know this, if oil is 200 a barrel then oil drilled here will be 200 a barrel. It is the way things work.

ANWR and other areas and yes it would make a difference, not immediate but it would. I'm sure your left wing research disagrees. What a surprise.

This has been proven otherwise so many times.

If you would go back and take Economics 101 and maybe a history class (then you would have to learn something) If supply could be significantly increased or demand decreased prices would go down. Enjoy living on Pluto.
