About LinkBacks'Everyone should take Omega 3' say experts
I agree, I not only take Omega 3 daily but Cod Liver Oil as well. It does help with my pain to a degree, but it is real good for the heart and I believe liver.

Be careful of taking too much vitamin A and D. They are fat soluble and not water soluble which means it can build up too much in your system, whereas vitamin B and C do not. Yeah and the cod liver oil should give you allotment of mercury since you are not taking the thimerosal vaccine!
