'Everyone should take Omega 3' say experts

I agree, I not only take Omega 3 daily but Cod Liver Oil as well. It does help with my pain to a degree, but it is real good for the heart and I believe liver.

Be careful of taking too much vitamin A and D. They are fat soluble and not water soluble which means it can build up too much in your system, whereas vitamin B and C do not. And too much vitamin E can cause heart palpitations.

Yeah and the cod liver oil should give you allotment of mercury since you are not taking the thimerosal vaccine!

Umm gee, well I get certified mercury free fish and cod liver oil. Hell you can but that in the dollar stores.

He trusts them because it has a gold ribbon style sticker on it that says CERTIFIED, comon dude.

So you're trusting the company profiting off you because it is being monitored by the government that you don't trust?
