A lot of people have paid a price in a war that was overwhelmingly declared necessary by the representitives we elect to make such determinations, Saddams removal had been made our official policy in 1998 by those representitives.

So what is the point in noting that the people serving there have less incidence of PTSD than high school students? We all know such things will be a result of war.............you didn't?

Put yourself in thier shoes. If the UN told the US to stop our nuclear reserach because our history of premptive war leads them to believe we are fanatics, don't you think we would give them the finger? Id hate to give the world yet another reason to call us hypocrits.

Just to piss in Defensors cornfalkes, if Iran used that weapon on our ally Isreal, that would be a neccesary war.

A: No, I would not sacrifice Isreal, but then again, I will not go to war because I think Isreal is at risk. They are a grown up country now and quite capable of defending themselves.

Iran has PLEDGED to wipe out Israel. Israel is an ally of ours. Iran would also attempt to take over Iran making them the dominate force in the region WITH a nuclear weapon.

You are willing to engage ina nuclear war with them rather than stop them from aquiring the capablity?
