That's ridiculous. There is no reason whatsoever that leaders in the black community could not have a half white president AND still complain about a glass ceiling. It's Obama's whiteness and Harvard Education that allows him to achieve. The white man is keeping the black family down. Obama was raised by white follk, so he wasn't kept down. Obama is proof that the only way a black man can succeed is by being raised by whites.

This assumes that black leaders are all self-serving and want black people to remain financial oppressed so that they can maintain their positions of leadership. I'm sure that may be true of some, but it's too cynical a generalization to just categorically accept.
