We complain and do nothing about the elitists who control the two main parties in this country. The liberal wing of the Democrat party and the NeoCon wing of the Republican Party are, without any doubt, Elitist. They have nothing but contempt for the general public and seem to view anyone that disagrees with them as a stupid rube. This elitism can be seen in the persons of George W. Bush, John McCain, Hillary Clinton, and Senator Obama.

Why do we put up with these elitists? Why do we choose to root for them the way we'd root for a sports team, overlooking all their flaws, and celebrating their minimal virtues, as if, by appearing to be a lesser evil, they have earned our undying loyalty.

The Liberals and NeoCons understand that the utter lack of respect conservatives feel for liberals and the utter intolerance liberals feel for conservatives alleviates them from having to serve us. Divide and conquer. We are a conquered people. Conquered by our ignorance, our fear, our frustration, and our tolerance for elitists in government.
