In what respect is she comparing them. If it's how he is able to pick up the votes of the mindless then yeah. Although if it's about how he wants to exterminate the Jews then no.

I watched the short vid. Basically, the discussion is about his biography and how he is constantly offended in it. She felt that he was a racist, but when compared to Hitler he was a 2-bit version. She was more emphatic about him being a racist.

Well, basically they are both charismatic men that believe in using government force against their own citizens in order to better serve the social goals of the nation. However, Obama is pro-peace and Hitler was pro-war. Obama wants Social(ist) Democracy and Hitler wanted National Socialism. Obama is an idealist and a good guy, while Hitler was an Idealist and an evil SOB. Obama uses the force of government for the purpose of redistributed wealth and social engineering, while Hitler engineered the slaughter of those he didn't like. On the scale of evil men, Hitler is a 9 and Obama is like a 3 due to his love of government force and his racist theological proclivities.

People should stop with those american myths... Hitler was as much socialist as Bush is a muslim. Hitler used a party that had socialist in its name to rise to power, but he despised socialism and democracy (read Mein Kampf, he states many times his hate for communism, socialism, democracy, france and jews).
In its true sense, socialism means "social justice". There's no social justice in a dictatorship where people are persecuted according to their religion.
There's a book by german historian Gotz Aly defending the idea that Hitler indeed tried to enforce a socialist politic (he cites the higher taxation of rich families, better protection for people who went broke, creation of paid holidays...), and that he persecuted the jews just because he needed their huge assets to finance that politic. That's a VERY marginal opinion among historians and sociologists though.

Bush is a globalist who believes in executive power over legislative power. He is certainly a Republican in the literal sense, hoping that democracy ends after the elections. I think he also views himself as a Righteous force in the world, fighting evil, and spreading the cause of liberty around the world. Personally, I think he's misguided. He has shown no domestic leadership whatsoever! He let Congress run wild with spending. He ignored serious threats to our economic infrastructure. So while Obama stands for Social(ist) Democracy, and Hitler stood for National Socialism, Bush stands for Republican Executiveship and National Globalism.
