Hey why don't we try doing the right thing, end this crap, and allow people to live their lives.

Tell me, if there were no occupations or wars right now, would this be an issue? Women get pregnant in the military all the time.

Yep, we'll never have a need for troops agian...following your logic, why don't we just forbid females from enlisting? It would be a bit more practicle, wouldn't it?

OR we could make all male soldiers get "nipped and tucked", then there would be no need to worry about hot sex in the desert.

Ok, we'll sort of agree that this is what may happen with the female soldiers.

However, the male soldiers who impregnate the female soldiers will ALSO be court martialed. Obviously he isn't doing that to avoid deployment. Does that change things a bit?

Not at all. He knows that by making his girlfriend pregnant that it costs his unit a member. This is why its been regulated. He is equally responsible and absolutely should be court martialled.

Yes, it could still be an issue. I am all for equal opportunity, women in the service, etc.... And when women get a lawful order, they are equally responsible to follow it.

That sounds like a *ehem* permanent solution to a temporary problem

Women in the military are not forbidden from having families.

Yes, but they may be instructed to not get pregnant if they are to be deployed somewhere. That is a legal order because being pregnant effects a persons mobilization readiness. It doesn't mean that they can never get pregnant...

Ya, because that is the scums we have become, kill for the sake of killing.

Actually, in this case we'd be killing to protect our investment of time and money in the female soldier. This is America, Michael, it's about MONEY!
