In a speech on Monday, Clinton asserted that “I remember landing under sniper fire. There was supposed to be some kind of a greeting ceremony at the airport, but instead we just ran with our heads down to get into the vehicles to get to our base.”

The facts of the account seem to contradict her recollection that she was under sniper fire. Why lie? What is the point?

Because all this "experience" she claims to have over Obama doesn't add up ti a hill of beans. What experience has she actually had?
At least Obama has actually lived in other countries...I reckon Obama has far more real experience than she will ever have.

Sinbad accompanied Hillary & chelsea on that trip & he says there wasn't any sniper fire. Hillary learned to tell tall tales form her husband. He said one time that he remembers when the black church across the street from his house was burnt by racists. There was never a black church across the street from his house. Or the time when he was 9 & rode the back of the bus to support Rosa parks. Bill & Hillary never miss a chance to lie, it's in their blood.
The Bosnian incident was fabricated so she could talk about her "war experience".
