    Hilary's VP Gamble

What does it say that in the event of a Clinton candidacy, adding Obama in the number-two spot makes the ticket nearly unbeatable, while doing the reverse makes the ticket nearly unelectable?

Obama said this was a stunt put out by the Killery campaign. Personally I could see a Clinton McCain ticket, pees in a pod and all.

This is stupid and a slap in the face to Obama.

He will not play second fiddle to the Loser, Why would he destroy his name so early in his career?

As Obama aptly noted, “I don't know how somebody who is in second place is offering the vice presidency to the person who is first place.”
    Thank you.

Even though Obama is a bigger socialist than Hillary I would still pick him over Hillary simply because he is much less entrenched than the Clinton clan and he wouldn't be able to do as much harm. Keep in mind, that isn't saying much. It's a choice between douchebag and turd sandwich with a side of McMelanoma.

This is not a race like a horse race where the first to cross the finish line wins. The fact is that neither Hillary or Obama will get enough votes by the primaries to win in the end. This will be a brokered convention.

    Re: Hilary's VP Gamble

Well, in the first place it sounds like Hillary isn't particularly interested in being the VP, she may be able to live with Obama as VP but Hillary as VP ? It's just not like Hillary, especially since what I been reading in our area she looks at Obama as he being the under study so to speak.

Now as it stands, Obama has every right to say no because he has more popular vote and more delagates, on the other hand Hillary has so far won every big state, the ones that would net the Democrats the most electorial votes in a general election and one badly needs that to win the election, so that may be what she can claim if she keeps the delegate count very close like it is now.

Also, Hillary can claim she originally won Michigan and Florida and they didn't count the vote, what would be the delegate count then be if they counted them as they stand ?

The Democrats created a real problem by not addressing and finding a solution quickly, now no matter how they try to fix it many will always claim the other stole the election or it just wasn't fair, don't matter who goofed the process up, that won't satisfy the people - As for me, I think it's silly that they goofed it up so bad and didn't fix it, I for one don't care I wouldn't and won't vote for a Democrat anyway.
