    GOP frets over Democratic fundraising

WASHINGTON - For Republicans, watching Hillary Rodham Clinton and Barack Obama fight for supremacy in fundraising is not just a spectator sport. It is a look into the future, and the GOP isn't cheering.

Obama and Clinton together raked in as much as seven times as much cash in February as John McCain, the all-but-certain Republican nominee.

I predict Republicans will have to fall back on their second careers after the Nov. elections. (You know....the career where they get to say: "Would you like fries with that?")

With either a woman or a black man being their candidate, and the
endless discussion of universal health care as if it was already a reality,
its a much more energizing campaign for the Democrats.

Theres no where near anything that interesting for the Republican
    base to chew on.

I guess the Republican's main discussion this year is pretty boring.......Where to hide all that $$$$$ from oil company profits! (under the mattress, buried in a coffee can, it's a tough but boring problem!)
Or then there is always the problem of how to avoid getting caught by the cops in men's room gay sting ops. (Repubs seem to have that "wide stance" problem like Sen. Larry Craig)

Perhaps for the neocons in power.
Thats one of the problems with McCain. Even though he gets flack for
being too moderate on illegals I cant say I dont think he sympathizes
    with the neocon agenda.

Are you calling McCain a neo-con or saying he is not? It looks like you pulled a WTW on that one and forgot to edit.
