I have heard that there's some talk in congress about Billzeebubba being VP for Hillary, something about the phrase "consecutive terms" being the loophole.
Think that could happen?

No he could not.
The Vice President must be eligible to serve as president.
Bill Clinton is no longer eligible to serve as president in any capacity whatsoever short of a constitutional amendment.
That's what I always thought, but the 22nd amendment muddys that notion, according to the Washington Post. Anyway, I would not be surprised to see Hillary tell us that Bill is her VP choice, then take it all the way to the USSC. The Clintons are not used to losing & will not "go quietly into that good night".

"No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice,"
I say go for it. It would be interesting to see how quickly she ends
up in Fort Marcy Park.
I suppose the only real downside to this thread is knowing that she won't have the opportunity to pick a VP. I am pretty sure that you have to be the nominee in order to do so.![]()
