    Feeling safer now?

As off this weekend we are no longer monitoring our enemies communications to try and pick up what they are up to and what attacks they are planning. Thank you Democrats.

Feeling safer? Or are you feeling relieved because the government is not listening to your communications into the war zone?

Why should we feel any less safe. Didn't they know something was happening around 9/11 and just didn't do anything about it?

Not really. The federal government doesn't normally obey its own laws anyway.

    Re: Feeling safer now?

Safer? No! Why? Because crime in this country is at an all time high. As far as what your are talking about, we wouldn't have to worry if we just minded our business and didn't lock up people for 5 to 7 years with no proof of doing anything wrong. That type of action is what causes people to want to attack you - to get some payback for the injustice that was done to them. The UN is not going to do anything, so what do you expect? We will never be safe until we take care of our own. Besides, if Illegals can still get into this country, then the boarders aren't being watched for real anyway. Stop being duped by all of the terror hype. We've made many enemies over the past few years, so worry about that.

Don't worry their still monitoring YOUR phone calls, your emails, maybe even opening YOUR mail. Yet lets leave the borders open and ports insecure. How does that make you feel?

Not according to Richard Clarke, there was no actionable intelligence for that specific attack and there was nothing the Bush administration could have done. But that was then and this is now.

We do know that attacks have been stopped since, some due to our intelligence agencies picking up on their conversations.

As of this weekend that has stopped.

    Happy now?

They have shut down new overseas surveillances and any existing must be shutdown in a year. We are blind and deaf to what they are up to.

They weren't before unless they were international an into areas of interest, just like all wars before.

But what about the fact we are now blind and deaf to what our enemies are up too? Why do you kieep trying to change the subject?
