Thread: Obama disinformation?

Got some news from a source I don't completely trust that Obama has sponsered a special tax to support the UN:

1. Anyone else have sources to check if this is true?
2. Was he like cosponser in some sort of vote swap?

Just wondering.

How is this not contributing to our meddling in foreign affairs and wasting money on a goal that can't be reached by throwing money at it.

Sounds like political suicide to me. I have been overoptimistic in my election predictions.

I've yet to find any proposed tax. I've been searching. The bill itself does not seem to propose a global tax. I did go to the UN site and look up a bit of info.

What do you think "debt relief" means besides a tax? The money for "debt relief" has to come from somewhere (isn't it America that needs debt relief?). Oh look, this comes from the CFR. Surprise surprise. Globalism attempts to take another step forward and American sovereignty takes another step back.

Actually, what it means is debt forgiveness when referring to other countries. They owe us money. Currently all they are doing or can do is service their debt. We are not getting the money back, nor are we going to get taxed more to pay for it.

Now that the Obama candidacy appears to be gaining momentum I can hardly wait to hear the "revelations" that will come out of the Clinton & Republican attack machines. Here are a few that I've already heard "whispered":

1. Did you know that Obama likes to wear his wife's high heels around the house?
2. Did you know that Obama has weapons of mass destruction (WMD) in his garage?
3. Did you know that Obama's Great Grandfather was a Japanese Kamikaze pilot during WWII?
4. Did you know that Obama's family can be traced back to causing: The great Chicago fire, the great San Francisco earthquake, the Depression of 1929, the extinction of the dinosaurs.

Those are just a few of the rumors that (as Dick Cheney would say) are "pretty well confirmed." Anyone heard any others?
