The Kennedy family, united, passes the mantle to Obama.

That's gotta mean something, right?

Yeah. Nothing like having a murderer support your campaign.

Yes, I think it is huge. The press-coverage is just that much more leverage for Obama. Plus, watching it on CNN, you could see such a huge crowd that it almost already looks like the Democratic Convention itself. After that, they pan to Hillary, who looks like she was giving a speech in a high-school gym. "Something coming on. I don't know what it is, but it's getting stronger." BS&T.

Murderer? Ah the loaded hyperbole of the rightwinger if there is one thing that I love to see its the angst of the rightwing over all things Kennedy!

Now if you have proof of Murder.....or better yet a court verdict stating he is guilty of murder please share it with the rest of us.

Oh give me a break. This isn't some sort of rightwing theory. Everyone knows Teddy should be in jail for what he did to poor Mary Jo.

Well based on that assumption it would stand to reason that whoever wins the Republican nomination will also have a murderer supporting his campaign in the person of George W. Bush (and a mass murderer to boot).

Oh, all of that talk is neither here nor there. What matters is what is happening and will happen.

Again proof of Murder...not your contention or mine but proof of murder. One cannot legally be a murderer without proof and a conviction. Now you may believe he is one but that is not the same thing.


Personally I see it as manslaughter not murder as murder has to have pre-meditation. Should he have done things differently? You betcha

However what he did was not murder by an stretch of the definition.
