    Welcom Back to the Wolf

Seriously, he left the World Bank in a disgrace after setting his girlfriend up in a cush job. So where does he go to work next? Back on the taxpayers dime. What an excellent choice.

Paul Wolfowitz named to chair advisory panel | Politics | Reuters

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Paul Wolfowitz, an architect of the Iraq war who was forced to resign from the World Bank because of an ethics scandal, will chair a U.S. advisory panel on arms control, the State Department said on Thursday.
The former deputy secretary of defense and advocate of the 2003 U.S.-led invasion of Iraq will head the State Department's International Security Advisory Board, which gives the department independent advice on arms control, disarmament, international security and other matters.

It appears to me that we keep putting "f*** ups" in jobs all the time. I can think of 510 people in jobs right off the bat that affects our life on a daily basis. What's worse, we have a choice about the 510 people that screw this country, & while "Wolf" is a poor chioice for any job with responsibility, IMO, he'll be gone in a year.
BTW-I know there's 535 people in congress, but I'm giving 25 the benefit of the doubt.

I can think of one that I like, and she happens to be my representative.

I don't agree with her all of the time, but we keep sending her back for a reason.

People forget that his girlfriend was already a World Bank employee when he got there.

He moved her to a different position after being advised to in order to avoid conflicts of interest.

The man tries to do the right thing and gets hammered for it.

Then she should have been given a lateral, not a promotion and raise.
