Who is the most Neo-Con of the candidates?

At first glance it seems to be Guilliani based only on his foreign policy stance. After watching the last Republican debate, I am a bit confused on who leans more neo-conservative. In my opinion, Fred Thompson is right up there with Rudy, with Mitt Romney following closely. Again, this is based on my analysis of foreign policy stance. What do you think?

Neocon has to have the religious aspect:

    Huck, definitly religious
Gulianni, maybe, Satan bought his soul to make NY City nice though
Romney, spooky hearing gods voice in Utah religious
    McCain, ? I just don't know.

    Pro war:
    McCain
    Gulianni
    Romney

Shit, this is too complicated because I don't know exactly what a neocon is, except for a Republican that we hate. McCain I like....Gulianni is neutral to me. And so is Romney.

None of them are Neocons, that's my vote.

I think Obama is the only one that has alluded to striking Iran....Hillary strikes Obama, does that count?

I couldn't nail any Republicans for neocon behavior, and hadn't even considered democrats being neocons. But Hillary and Obama get to be honorable neocon status this week for that silly racism Dr King LBJ garbage. Never start arguments about what dead people said

Maybe my question should be who is more likely to continue the Bush doctrine of pre-emptive war for democracy. Listening to Guilliani, Thompson, and Romney,
it seems they would be very aggressive towards the Muslim world in 'bringing democracy.' It seems like the message is almost like 'change the way you are or else' which is a whitewashing of the complexities of politics in many Muslim countries. I worry about people who think like that because it reminds me of Huntington's theme in the clash of civilizations which is a mindset I associate with neo-cons.

I'm not even sure what a neo-con is.
I blame Hillary for that mess, she basically said that it took a president to get the civil rights bill passed. Well duh, if Obama should get to be POTUS, maybe he could broker some stuff too. I don't think she's a racist, but she has no qualms about using the race card nor the gender card, even the church card, if she thinks it'll help her. She's even started to quote scripture, hooray.

So is that where we are at? and this is not a rhetorical question.....Is Bush the example of Neocon?, because if so Reagan was a neocon too. It's just Bush made stupid decisions and was unlucky, where Reagan made a mixture of good and bad decisions but was very lucky.

If I'm even at all close to the mark, I nominate Romney for most neocon candidate. He has the most Republican hair for crying out loud. You can say what you want about Mormons but living that lifestyle he's got a lot of miles left on the old chassis. Plus he's got a dozen kids who could be President some day too.
