Isn't that like saying, it's ok for Osama Bin Laden to buy a nuke as long as he doesn't know how to make it?

I say we leave Iran the hell alone, so many other dangerous countries actually have nukes and they don't bother us. It's absurd to go around telling Iran what the US will support or not support, it's not our country!

Yeah I just read the story. The only sense I can make out of this is that there are checks and balances concerning Russia's export which would give the US a figure on Iran's capabilities, at least as a start.

In all fairness, Iran signed the NPT and they have to give all information concerning their nuclear proliferation... Is GWB the top dog of the NPT? Nope.
