I hate to see it come to that, but nothing I've tried has done any good.

Tell me, what does the Constitution say about insurgencies?

    Actually, very little!

It says, Congress can call forth the Militia to suppress 'em, and can suspend habeas corpus when they happen.

And it says, people who participate in 'em, can't vote and can't hold public office.

And it also says, States can't pay for 'em.

    That's about it.

    That is plenty.

It provides that the military can be used to put them down.

The forefathers did not support insurgencies or a violent revolution.

The crime of sedition is on the books. One can teach about revolution and speak of it, but if one organizes and advocates specific steps to be taken to bring about revolution then one can face criminal charges.

Excuse me, but that is not accurate.

I refer you to the very words of the Founders:

... when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security

    Teabaggers are not your enemy.

When has a teabagger ever ripped you off?

The government, on the other hand, HAS ripped you off, and is apparently continuing to do so.

    Hm... who's the enemy?

It IS nice to read some comments busting on the stupidity of the Missourian reactionaries...
