Legalizing any drug will not affect the rates of addiction much if any. You might as well tax the crap out of it, regulate it, and clean it up so fewer people get bad dope. I guarantee addicts will always find a way to get it. Drugs, illegal and legal have been a part of human existance for 3000 years. Prohibiting drugs won't change much really
